Clarification of amendment to Tax Abatement Agreement dated December 6, 2010 with the City of Plano, Encana Oil & Gas, and KDC Legacy North Investments One, predecessor-in-interest to TR Legacy Circle, LLC. Request approval of letter to acknowledge and clarify the obligation of the Owner under this agreement.

The City of Plano provided TR Legacy a letter dated December 17,2013 from the city to Encana Oil & Gas terminating the agreement with Encana Oil & Gas.  TR Legacy requesting City of Plano and Collin County execute attached letter to acknowledge clarification of obligations to TR Legacy under the agreement.  Mutual agreement to terminate Tax Abatement with Encana approved on January 27, 2014.
