The Engineering Department submits an FYI agenda as notification that Amendment #2 to Contract with Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, LLP for the Frontier Parkway Improvements resulting in a net change of zero dollars. This Amendment #2 will revise the scope to provide up to twelve coordination meetings and follow-up effort (Part B.9 fee increase of $15,000), and further reduces fee for Permits and Utility Coordination (Part B.7 fee decrease of $15,000).
