Department Action

C. Kent Adams, dba Lone Star Partners, owner and developer of Lots 13 and 14 of The Hills of Lone Star; Phase 6/East Fork South, requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached replat.

PLAT CHANGES
The lot line between lots 13 and 14 is moving to the west slightly. Lot 13 will be going from 4.811 acres to 5.00 acres. Lot 14 is going from 3.179 acres to 2.990 acres.

Most of the area encompassed under this replat is within the City of Anna’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). I have attached a letter from the city that defers their jurisdiction to the county.

ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Replat of lots 13R and 14R of the Hills of Lone Star; Phase 6/East Fork South
