Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the 1)ratification of Judge Self prior approval to obtain box culverts from NRG, 2) approval of Bill of Sale Agreement with Buckthorn Wind Project LLC to pay $1.00 for box culverts, further authorize County Judge to execute same.

Budgeted funds available for the purchase of 51 precast concrete culverts from Buckhom Wind Project, LLC in the amount of $1, rental of two cranes to retrieve and unload the culverts for $20,743.06 and $5,800 for the purchase of equipment necessary for the retrieval of the culverts. Budget adjustment in the amount of $5,800 is attached. Road and Bridge Fund (010).
