The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court approval of the Engineering Services Scope and Fee with Lamb Star for the Update of the Collin County Subdivision Regulations, Floodplain Regulations, County Drainage Design Manual and County Road Policy Manual. The lump sum fee for these services, including deliverables is $168,529.08.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding 1.) approval of the selection of Lamb-Star Engineering, L.P., as the most qualified engineering firm to perform the update of the Collin County Subdivision Regulations, Floodplain Regulations, County Drainage Design Manual and County Road Policy Manual, and 2.) approval of a scope and fee from Lamb-Star Engineering, L.P. for those services in the amount of $168,529.08. Further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the engineering services agreement. md
