Requesting acceptance of proposed amendment to the project plan for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone 2 (Airport) in the City of McKinney. Changes include the name of the airport from "Collin County Regional" to "McKinney National" as well as increased investment initiatives to add "airport related projects (i.e. airport facilities & related services, public infrastructure, and land acquisition) to the roadway infrastructure currently included in the agreement. No change to funding amount.
