We request Commissioners Court consider approval of the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Plano for the Design and Construction of the Legacy Drive Corridor Improvements; 2007 Bond Project #07-058, and a budget adjustment to reallocate funding. Collin County participation not to exceed $2,200,000 and authorize Judge Keith Self to sign the ILA.
