Department Action

Chad and Julie Daley, owners of lot 8 and 1.596 acres of CA-4 and Kent Adams, dba Lone Star Partners, owner of 7.711 acres of CA-4, request Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached replat.

PLAT CHANGES
The lot line between lot 8 (new 8R) and CA-4 is being changed to decrease CA-4 from 9.31 to 7.711 acres and increase lot 8 (new lot 8R) from 4.404 to 6.000 acres. This replat does not affect any On Site Sewage Facilities and does not require a public hearing.

Most of the area encompassed under this replat is within the City of Anna’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). I have attached a letter from the city that defers their jurisdiction to the county.

ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Replat of lots 8R and CA-4R of the Hills of Lone Star; Phase 6/East Fork South
