Department Action

The plat for the above mentioned subdivision was approved by court on June 15, 2015. The infrastructure was completed according to current county specifications and inspected by County Engineering and Public Works staff. The infrastructure entered into a 2-year maintenance period on November 9, 2015. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by County Engineering and Public Works staff. Once approved, Public Works will place this road on their maintenance lists. The Final Plat is attached to show which portion of River Park Road is up for maintenance consideration.

We request Commissioner Court consideration of approval to accept the portion of River Park Road, within the Phase 4 of the Hills of Lone Star/East Fork North, for further County Maintenance.
