Square footage has been reduced from 3,624 square foot to 3,042 square foot.
Base rent shall remain at $15.00 per square foot.
Additional rent for common area maintenance will be $5.10 per square foot for approximately 4,024 square foot. This is an increase of .10¢ per square foot. Total lease cost is $66,152.40.
