Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the enclosed contract for providing fire protection in the unincorporated fire district of Collin County. The funding for the contract has been approved in the FY18 budget. This contract is with the Weston Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. that has unincorporated areas within their fire district. The calculated annual fee is $50,289.68 and will be paid out in bi annual payments beginning October 1, 2017.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of an Interlocal Agreement No. 2017-366, between Weston Fire Department and Collin County for Fire Fighting and Protection Services. Annual amount of $50,289.68, shall be paid in two installments of $25,144.84. Agreement shall commence on October 1, 2017 and continue in full force and effect through September 30, 2018 and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. go
