Department Action

The Collin County Information Technology department, the ERP Munis Steering Committee, and the ERP Munis Project Team representing Budget, Auditing, and Purchasing departments are requesting an amendment to the Tyler Munis ERP contract. This amendment adds the conversion of Project Ledger History (Actuals and Budget) to retain full detail history back to 1996.

This conversion will not impact the May 1st target GO-LIVE implementation of Munis.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of amendment No. 4 to the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc., RFP 2015-192, Software and Implementation Services for an ERP Financial System, to delete forty-two (42) implementation days from the contract for a credit of $53,550.00 and add conversion services for project ledger history (back to 1996) at a cost of $75,000.00 for a total dollar change of $21,450.00; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. md
