Required maintenance and remediation to strengthen the following towers:

Wilmeth Tower remediation - $502,906.25
Celina Tower remediation and maintenance - $108,243.75
Verona Tower remediation and maintenance - $34,012.50

The Farmersville Tower shelter requires added hardware to add electric strike and storeroom function lockset - $1,044.00

Replace existing electrical panels on the Copeville shelter that have rusted - $3,187.50

Credit back to the contract due to change in Motorola Project Manager - $5,000.00

The total costs of this change order is $644,394.00. Using the $249,058.27 credit on our contract brings the contract delta to $395,335.73 for this change order. The new contract value is $11,103,116.73.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 6 to Contract 2016-020, P25 Trunked Radio System Replacement in the amount of $ 644,394 making the new contract amount $11,103,116.73 and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. sh
