Department Action

The owner of lot 11A is seeking to subdivide this lot into two (2) lots, 11A1 (2.000 acres) and 11A2 (2.999 acres). The replat does meet the County’s Subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to each land owner in the Cottage Hill Estates Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.

ACTION
1) Hold Public Hearing for the Replat of Lots 11A1 and 11A2 of the Cottage Hill Estates Subdivision,

2) Consider Approval of the Replat of Lots 11A1 and 11A2 of the Cottage Hill Estates Subdivision.
