A workshop is to be held for the purpose of discussing a proposal to change the policy of the Commissioners Court to no longer accept roads in new subdivisions for maintenance in unincorporated Collin County. If the Court were to decide to change the policy, then a process would need to be followed to revise the Subdivision Regulations which would include a public hearing. If the Court decides to not change the policy no further action is needed.
