Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval to award: New Camera Installation and Intercom System Upgrade at Collin County Detention Facility, IFB No. 2018-150, to the best evaluated and lowest offer, STS360 (Sigma Surveillance, Inc.), in the amount of $73,469.95. This bid is for FY18 approved Project N41003 to replace the intercom system, Project N41004 to install cameras in contact Visitation in Cluster 1, 3, and 5, and Project N41005 to install a camera in the infirmary open waiting area. We also request to combine the two camera projects into one project code within the same account.
