Accept Donations to Collin County Farm Museum and Add Artifacts to Inventory as Property of Collin County

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' court consideration and any action regarding the authorization for the Collin County Farm Museum to accept these donations and requests authorization to add all items to inventory of the Collin County Farm Museum, Per Court Order No. 2015-976-12-14. See attached memo.

Budget Department Action

Acceptance of donated artifacts to the Collin County Farm Museum as inventory and property of the County. Some donations will require minor repairs estimated for a total of $600. Funds are budgeted in the Farm Museum budget to handle these minor repairs. Please see attachment titled "Equipment Condition" for details on needed repairs and future maintenance. General Fund (001).
