Information Technology is requesting approval of an amendment to the Tyler Munis ERP contract to extend dedicated Tyler project management services from July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 to cover the Munis GO-LIVE implementation and Post-GO-LIVE support. The Tyler Munis ERP contract was originally awarded in Commissioner’s Court on 04/25/2016. Funding for this amendment will be taken from the 03FIN funds in the amount of $12,000.00.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of amendment No. 5 to the contract with Tyler Technologies, Inc., RFP 2015-192, Software and Implementation Services for an ERP Financial System, to extend dedicated Tyler project management services from July 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018 to cover the Munis GO-LIVE implementation and Post-GO-LIVE support in the amount of $12,000.00. Further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. MD
