Attached you will find the ILA with the City of Frisco concerning use of their water tower for our Public Safety Antennas and Microwaves. Frisco is not a primary user of the Collin County public safety radio system; however they did offer space on one of their radio towers that satisfies the county's coverage needs in their city. The approval of court is requested for this ILA.
