Kavi Mainali, owner of the above referenced parcel, requests Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached Final Plat for the Mainali Addition.

LOCATION AND SIZE
The subdivision is located Southwest of Farmersville, TX off CR 552. See location map attached. This addition consists of one (1) new lots which size is 6.720 acres. The lot fronts on the existing county road 552 therefore no road construction is required.
UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The Addition is maintaining existing drainage patterns and no work will be done to the existing county road. The Addition is suitable for on-site sewage facilities. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by North Collin Water Supply Corporation. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision.

ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the final plat for the Mainali Addition.
