Department Action

The owner of lot 1 is seeking to subdivide lot 1 into two lots, lot 1BA and lot 1BB. Lot 1BA will be 2.77 acres. Lot 1BB will be 1.00 acre. The replat does meet the County’s Subdivision regulations. Local Government Code 232.041 requires that notice be given to affected parties prior to a decision by the Commissioners Court.

A notice was published on the County’s website for 30 days prior to the public hearing and a notice was sent out to the other land owners in the Pham Estates Subdivision, 30 days prior to the public hearing.

ACTION
1) Hold Public Hearing for the Replat of Lots 1BA and 1BB of the Pham Estates Subdivision,
2) Consider Approval of the Replat of Lots 1BA and 1BB of the Pham Estates Subdivision.
