Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and approval of Amendment No. 6 to the Lease Agreement between Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 200, Plano, TX to add 6,446 square foot (Suite 100 and Suite 180) for the relocation of the Tax Office. This will increase the base price of the lease to $284,720.00 payable in monthly installments of $23,726.67 effective June 1, 2018.

Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Amendment No. 6 to the Lease Agreement between Collin County Health Care Trust Foundation and Collin County for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 200, Plano, TX to add 6,446 square foot (Suite 100 and Suite 180) for the relocation of the Tax Office. This will increase the base price of the lease to $284,720.00 payable in monthly installments of $23,726.67 effective June 1, 2018. Further authorize the County Judge to execute same. MD
