C. Kent Adams DBA Lone Star Partners, owner of Lot 10R and CA-4RR in the The Hills of Lone Star Phase 6, request Commissioners Court consideration of approval for the attached replat.

PLAT CHANGES
This replat increases the lot 10R from size from 5.497 acres to 6 acres by taking in part of the CA-4RR lot. The CA-4RR lot is being reduced from 7.711 acres to 7.208 acres.

This replat does not require a public hearing.

ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the Replat of lot 10R and CA-4RR in the Hills of Lone Star Phase 6
