Department Action

The Information Technology department is requesting that Commissioners Court approve a change order to the Access Control project. This change order covers access control additions requested by departments after the vendor submitted their best and final offer, a labor rate adjustment, and a hardware change requested by the Information Technology department.

This project, budgeted under Project Code R06102 and approved on Court Order 2017-813-10-09, has project contingency funds available. The total change order is $66,067.64.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners’ Court consideration and any action regarding approval of the Amendment No. 1 to Access Control and Time Collection Solution 2016-044 to add equipment to the project scope and increase the hourly labor rate per the attached documentation, in the amount of $66,067.64; further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute the contract amendment. go
