Department Action

The plat for the above mentioned subdivision was approved by court on October 6, 2014. The infrastructure was completed according to county specifications and inspected by the Collin County Engineering and Public Works staff. The infrastructure entered into a 2-year maintenance period in December 2015. The maintenance period is complete and the owner has completed the required repairs as requested by County Engineering and Public Works staff. Once approved, Public Works will place these road on their maintenance list. The Final Plat is attached to show the sections of roads that are up for maintenance consideration.

We request Commissioner Court consideration of approval to accept the roads within Trails of 1827 Phase II for County Maintenance.
