This memorandum is respectfully submitted requesting the ratification of the County Judge's prior approval to enter into agreement with the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF). This agreement will allow for the reimbursement of equipment cost incurred by investigators of the Collin County Sheriff's Office. Your consideration in this matter is appreciated.

Auditor's Office Action

Approval for the purchase of equipment has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. The purchase of the equipment is for use during work with the ATF. This is the agreement with OCDETF who is funding the purchase of the equipment. Contract in the amount of $51,940 in federal funds with no matching funds required. Contract period is from 6/13/18 through 9/30/18.
