Upon final approval of the 2018-2019 Texas Veterans Commission grant, the North Texas Regional Veterans Court Case Manager earn an annual salary of over $50,000, which must be approved by Commissioners Court.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Personal Services Agreement 2018-300 with Benjamin Colt Floyd as Case Manager for the Veterans Court Program for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, total for the term will be $53,450.00, and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process per V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (4), and authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. go

Case Manager contract term is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
