Steve K and Roxanne Gross, owners of the above referenced parcel, request Commissioners Court consider approval of the attached Final Plat for Waters Edge.

LOCATION AND SIZE
The subdivision is located off CR 412, just north of CR 469, southeast of Melissa, TX. See location map attached. This addition consists of two (2) new lots which sizes are 1.01 acres. The lot fronts on the existing county road 412 therefore no road construction is required.

UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
The addition is maintaining existing drainage patterns and no work will be done to the existing county road. The addition is suitable for on-site sewage facilities. Water will be supplied to the subdivision by Altoga Water Supply Corporation. The 100-year flood plain does not encroach upon the subdivision.

ACTION
We recommend Commissioners Court approve the final plat for Waters Edge.
