Department Action

I respectfully request the Court to consider and approve the renewal ILA between Collin County and the Town of St. Paul to provide fire inspection and fire plan review services. Section 352.019 (C) of the Texas Local Government Code provides the ability to the Fire Marshal’s Office to enforce orders and decrees within a municipality in the county when specifically required to do so by interlocal agreement.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew Fire Inspection and Plans Town of St. Paul, agreement 2015-121 at the same terms and conditions for the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019, Annual payment in the amount of $1,295.00, shall be paid in quarterly installments of $323.75, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute same. go

Budget Department Action

Interlocal Agreement between Collin County and the Town of Saint Paul for fire inspections and fire plan review services. Saint Paul to pay Collin County $1,295 a year for the services provided by Collin County. Renewal term is October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019.
