Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of Personal Services, Veterans Program Manager Brennan Rivera-Jones agreement 2018-302 for the Veterans Court Program for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, total for the term will be $76,250.00, and further allow exemption from the competitive bid process per V.T.C.A. Local Government Code 262.024 (a) (4), and authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same. go

Funding available for the Program Manager in the amount of $76,250 upon final approval in Commissioners Court of the FY 2018-2019 Veterans Treatment Court Grant Ratification (Contract VTC_18_0598, in the amount of $250,000) on Agenda No. 45093. Program Manager contract term is July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Auditor's Office Action

State funds in the amount of $76,250 available for the program manager salary for the period 7/1/2018 through 6/30/2019.
