Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court’s authorization to issue the attached RFP for appraisal services. Appraisals will be required to purchase right-of-way for the Collin County Outer Loop or other transportation projects. Appraisal services will also be utilized for other land purchases or sales on an as needed basis.
