Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court’s authorization to issue the attached RFP for right-of-way acquisition services. These services would be utilized to coordinate right-of-way purchases for more complex transportation projects such as the Collin County Outer Loop or County involved TXDOT projects.

These purchases will be closed through a title insurance company and often require a release of lien, and on occasion, relocation assistance.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of specifications for RFP 2018-310, Right of Way Acquisition Consultant, and further authorize advertising for same. MD
