I respectfully request the court to consider and award RFP 2018-139 Emergency Medical Ambulance Service. The contact is for five (5) years beginning at 12:00 a.m., midnight November 1, 2018 and will terminate at 11:59 p.m. October 31, 2023. The annual subsidy cost will be $706,000.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFP 2018-139, Emergency Medical Ambulance Service to the best evaluated offeror per the attached and authroize Purchasing Agent to execute agreement for same. mc

Budgeted funds available upon adoption of the FY 2019 Budget for the award of RFP 2018-139, Emergency Medical Ambulance Service in the amount of $706,000 annually. Contract period is November 1, 2018 through October 31, 2023.
