Attached you will find the Texas Statewide Interoperability Channel Plan. This MOU establishes permissions and guidelines for use of the interoperability or mutual aid channels used across the state by first responders. This agreement is authorized by the Texas Government Code and satisfies FCC part 90 rules for extending license privileges to others by agreement.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval for Collin County to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding, with Texas Department of Public Safety (TxDPS) for the Texas Statewide Interoperability Channel Plan and authorize County Judge to execute same. sh
