Remarks:

CSCD received a grant and needs to contract with Substance Abuse program. CSCD will pay Collin County Substance Abuse Program $60.00 for each substance abuse evaluation not to exceed $6,000.00 from September 1, 2018-August 31, 2019.

Remarks:

CSCD shall pay Substance Abuse Program the sum not to exceed $60.00 each per substance abuse evaluation. The total amount of payments to the Substance Abuse Program not to exceed $6,000. The contract period September 1, 2018, and ending on August 31, 2019.
