Department Action

Information Technology is requesting approval the re:SearchTX Participation Agreement with Tyler Technologies. Approval of this agreement will allow our Odyssey case management system to integrate with the State of Texas’s re:SearchTX system, allowing court documents and information to be exchanged. The re:SearchTX system is hosted by Tyler Technologies under contract with the State of Texas. Collin County will retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to our County documents.

The Collin County District Clerk (Lynne Finley) and County Clerk (Stacey Kemp) support this agreement.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of AGR No. 2018-324 Re:SearchTX Participation Agreement with Tyler Technologies to integrate with the State of Texas OCA Contract OCA-14-028 and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same. cw
