Department Action

This is notification of a budget amendment reducing the FY 2018 Title IV-E Child Welfare Services grant fund in the amount of $1,400 due to the disallowance of the Crimes Against Children Conference. This grant provides for the partial reimbursement of county foster care maintenance, and has a current grant term of 10/01/2017 through 9/30/2018.

These funds come from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services under Contract #23939924, and are a pass-through of federal funds originating from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
