Department Action

The Engineering Department requests that the contract with Binkley and Barfield be adjusted to allow for additional services required for construction phase associated with assisting the contractor in located staked control points, review and approval of alternate concrete mix designs due to short supply of fly ash at time of construction, and coordination of construction of water crossing fence due to the request from an adjacent property owner during construction. This adjustment will result in a net contract increase of $1900.
