Department Action

We respectfully request that Commissioners’ Court approve Change Order 3 which reflects one price increase and a one year renewal to the contract with C. Specialties. For Supplies: Veterinary and Animal Care. The new term will be through September 30, 2019.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Change Order 3 to IFB 2017-074 with C. Specialties Inc. to 1. include a price redetermination per Section 4.5 of the contract and 2. renew the contract for the period October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019, per the attached documentation, and authorize Purchasing Agent to execute same.
