Purchasing Department Action

Requesting Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Contract Amendment No. 1 to RFP No. 2016-153 Storage and Microfilm Creation for the following: 1) Approve to extend the contract for the period of October 1, 2018 through and including September 30, 2019, with the option for either party to terminate the contract with thirty (30) days written notice. 2) Approve to continue services at the same rates with the exception of silver duplicate increasing from $33.00 to $77.65 per roll. 3) Approve to add creation of CD monthly for land and vitals; creation of film monthly for land and every three months for vitals and allow Purchasing Agent to execute same. cw
