Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of the current maintenance contract with Tyler Technologies for Odyssey Case and Jail Management Maintenance. This renewal, billed separately by the vendor, is the base agreement for the core modules. The FY19 renewal will be budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The estimated cost of the maintenance agreement is $518,458.14.

This line item will be included as part of the regular FY19 maintenance request.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to renew software maintenance (01318-09) with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for the period of October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019, per the attached in the amount of $518,458.14. cw Note: Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the sole source provider for Odyssey Software System per Court Order 2015-714-09-28.
