I am requesting approval for an lnterlocal Agreement for Jail Services with Prosper ISD. This agreement is for Jail Services thru, and including, October 1, 2019, and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement 2018-406 Interlocal Jail Services for the Prosper ISD effective October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019 and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. mc
