Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Court’s approval of an easement from the United States Army Corps of Engineers for expansion of Park Boulevard across Corps property. This easement would facilitate future construction of Park Boulevard between F.M. Highway 2514 (Parker Road) and State Highway 78.

There is also a $1410 administrative fee associated with the Corps processing this easement request.

If approved, Judge Self’s execution of the attached easement document and authorization to pay the above referenced fee is requested.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding the approval of 1) an easement from the United States Army Corps of Engineers for expansion of Park Blvd. across Corps property. This easement would facilitate future construction of Park Blvd. between FM HWY 2514 (Parker Road) and State HWY 78,and 2)$1410 administrative fee associated with the Corps processing the easement request. Further authorize County Judge to execute same.
