Requesting approval to enter into an agreement with Appriss for the Texas Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS). The contract period is from September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019 and is a no charge extension of OAG contract #1876770-01 that was approved on Court Order 2018-696-08-27.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval to enter into an agreement with Appriss Incorporated (Appriss Safety) for the Texas Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) and authorize County Judge to execute the Vine Service Agreement. The contract period is from September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2019. The OAG will reimburse Appriss for eligible expenses related to services to Collin County by the vendor approved on Court Order 2018-696-08-27.sh

Budget Department Action

Approval to enter into a contract with Appriss for the Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS). New period is from 9/1/2018 to 8/31/2019. Contract in the amount of $28,546.78 will be funded with OAG grant funds. There is no cost for the extension of the OAG contract #1876770-01 approved on Court Order No. 2018-696-08-27. The OAG pays Appriss, Inc. directly for expenses delivered to Collin County, no county match required.

Auditor's Office Action

Contract has been reviewed by the grant review committee as per attached. Contract with the Appriss and Collin County for automated victim notification. Period is from 9/1/2018 to 8/31/2019. This is a no charge extension of OAG contract #1876770-01 that was approved on Court Order 2018-696-08-27.
