Department Action

Public Works requests Commissioners' Court approval to include N. Greenville Ave from Hubbard to the city limit to the previously adopted ILA with the City of Josephine. This will be paid on a five year payback. Public Works will not provide a warranty for roads reconstructed within or adjacent to the Josephine boundaries.

Purchasing Department Action

Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement 2018-432 between Collin County and City of Josephine to include N. Greenville Avenue from Hubbard to the city limit and add $60,632.00 to the five (5) year payback period; further authorize the County Judge to execute same. gz
