Commissioners Court authorized the use of eminent domain to acquire land needed for future construction of the Collin County Outer Loop between the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 289 (Preston Road) including properties immediately adjacent to Preston Road.

A Special Commissioner’s Hearing for the parcel was held on September 27, 2018. Commissioner’s Courts direction in this matter is requested and we, along with counsel, will be available to answer any questions you might have
