I am requesting approval for an Interlocal Agreement for Jail Services with the City of Anna. This agreement is for Jail Services between October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019, and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties.

Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding approval of Agreement 2018-388 Interlocal Jail Services for the City of Anna effective October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019 and may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term as agreed in writing by both parties, and further authorize the County Judge to execute the same. mc
