Request Commissioners' Court consideration and any action regarding the approval to utilize the Sourcewell (formerly known as National Joint Powers Alliance) purchasing cooperative, per VTCA, LGC 271.102. Prior approval to utilize the National Joint Powers Alliance purchasing cooperative was authorized by CO 2011-367-06-13. Access to Sourcewell will offer Collin County another resource for competitively solicited products/services. There is no cost associated with joining Sourcewell.
