Department Action

At the request of the Purchasing Department, Information Technology is requesting Commissioner Court to authorize the renewal of our VMware Software maintenance through PCMG, Inc. as the lowest cost vendor for the renewal agreement. The FY19 renewal is budgeted as part of the non-departmental budget request. The cost of the maintenance agreement is $97,176.01.

This line item is included as part of the regular FY19 maintenance request.
