Department Action

The Engineering Department requests Commissioners Courts authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with various firms to provide appraisal services. These firms will be utilized to provide appraisals needed to acquire right-of-way for various transportation projects and for other properties on an as needed basis.

Our recommendation is based on the evaluation of RFP’s submitted and our past working experience with these firms or their staff designated in the RFP.

We will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding this matter.

Purchasing Department Action

Request Commissioners Court consideration and any action regarding approval to award RFP 2018-311, Professional Services, Appraisal Services, to the highest evaluated offerors as per the attached documents and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute the appraisal services agreements. md

Budget Department Action

Approval to award RFP No. 2018-311, Professional Services, Appraisal Services. Funds budgeted within projects on an as needed basis. No action by Budget Department. Contract terms are November 12, 2018 through September 30, 2019.

Auditor's Office Action
